New Fall Hours

Bravo will be operating with new hours effective for the fall. We’re adjusting our schedule and will now be open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday. We are available for appointments outside of those hours upon request.

COVID PROTOCOLS

Appointments are strongly recommended. This will let us give you a more intimate experience and ensure your safety. Please book by email at info@bravofinelingerie.com or by phone at 705-739-0990. We also continue to accept orders for curbside pickup or local delivery.

Bravo will continue to offer a curated experience featuring expert fitting. To do so safely, sanitizer will be provided and masks will be required in store. Customers trying on clothing will also be asked to use the sanitizer in the changerooms. Fitting rooms, door handles and the cash desk will be cleaned between each client. Our debit/credit machine accepts contactless payment and will be sanitized after every use.

As before, customer contact with intimate wear will be limited. Bra and panty sets not on display will remain in drawers that are only accessed by staff. Any items tried on will be steamed between clients and anything that cannot be steamed will be set aside for 24 hours. Prosthetics will be washed in soap and water between fittings. (This will not damage the film or silicone.)
